Partner Edward V. Brennan, Esq. [email protected] Edward V. Brennan has been practicing in San Diego for over fifty years. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a Certified Specialist in the areas of Probate, Estate Planning, and Trust Law and in Taxation Law. |

Partner Martina M. Roland, Esq. [email protected] Martina M. Roland is one of the founding shareholders of Brennan & Roland. She is a Certified Specialist in the areas of Probate, Estate Planning, and Trust Law. Martina has had the privilege of working closely with Ed Brennan since 2004 and has experience serving clients in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, probate, and estate and gift taxation. |

Partner Anne E. Miller, Esq. [email protected] Anne E. Miller joined Brennan & Roland in February of 2012 and became a partner of the firm in early 2019. She has experience in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, and estate and gift taxation. |

Paralegal Kathleen Johnson [email protected] Kathleen M. Johnson has been an estate planning paralegal since 1994 and she has worked with Edward V. Brennan specializing in real property, trust funding and billing since 1996. Kathleen received her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Kelsey Jenney College. Prior to her legal career, Kathleen was a Personnel Specialist in the United States Air Force. |

Paralegal Olga Soria [email protected] Olga Soria became part of the Brennan & Roland team in early 2022. Olga has worked as a paralegal since 2011, after receiving her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Cuyamaca College. |

Legal Assistant Jenny Bauman [email protected] Jenny Bauman has served as a Legal Assistant at Brennan and Roland since 2024, concurrently pursuing her Paralegal Certificate through UCSD Extension. Prior to joining the firm, Jenny was the Events Director at KPBS, where she led strategic engagement initiatives and high-profile events. She also worked in Silicon Valley, producing executive-level speaker forums featuring CEOs from some of the world’s leading technology companies. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. |
